The Toronto Police Service is requesting the public’s assistance locating a missing man.
Emilio Madrid, 71, was last seen on Sunday, January 8, 2023, at 6:45 p.m., in the Spadina Avenue and College Street area.
He is decribed as 5’2″, 175lbs, with short black hair. He was wearing a black and yellow coat, red shirt, black pants, black toque.
Police are concerned for his safety.
