The Toronto Police Service is requesting the public’s assistance locating a missing person.
Charles, 73, was last seen on Wednesday, August 16, 2023, at 4 p.m., in the Lake Shore Boulevard West and Parkside Drive area.
Charles is described as having brown hair. Charles was last seen wearing a white hat, green shirt, gray and black shorts and white shoes.
Police are concerned for their safety.
