The Toronto Police Service is requesting the public’s assistance locating a missing person.
Bashrat, 63, was last seen in August of 2022, in the Jarvis Street and Front Street area.
Bashrat is described as 5’7″, medium build, and balding. Unknown clothing description.
Police are concerned for their safety.
