The Oxford OPP found human remains in the area of Plank Line and Airport Road on Friday
The body has been identified as a missing 72-year-old woman who was last seen in Tillsonburg over a month ago.
Police have been searching for Lola Watson since November 8th, when she was last seen in the area of Canary Street and Martin Street at around 11:00 a.m. that day.
Her death is not being treated as suspicious, and the OPP would like to thank everyone who assisted in this investigation.

Provincial police in Oxford County are asking for the public’s help finding a 72-year-old woman who has been missing since Wednesday morning.
Lola, whose last name was not provided, was last seen leaving her home on Huntley Avenue in Tillsonburg around 8:20 a.m. She was reported missing to police shortly after.
Oxford OPP, along with officers from OPP canine services, OPP emergency response team, and members of the London search and rescue team are all actively searching for Lola.
She is described as Black, approximately 5’1″, 145 lbs, with a medium build, medium length curly dark hair, and brown eyes. She was last seen wearing a burgundy hat, green puffer jacket, blue jeans, and was carrying a purse and bag.
Police are asking residents and businesses in the area to check their properties, outbuildings, and video surveillance systems for any sign of Lola. Both family and police are concerned for her safety.
