The Winnipeg Police Service is requesting the public’s assistance in locating 63-year-old Tony Collier. He was last seen in the Central Park neighbourhood of Winnipeg at approximately 4:15 a.m. on July 8th, 2026.

• Height: 5’8″ (173 cm)
• Build: Medium
• Hair: White/Grey
• Eyes: Brown
• Last Seen Wearing: Black jacket that says ‘NHCN Staff’, dark blue shirt, black pants and black shoes
• Last Seen: July 8, 2026 at approximately 4:15 a.m. in Central Park neighbourhood, Winnipeg
