The Toronto Police Service is requesting the public’s assistance locating a missing person.
Xu, 18, was last heard from on Sunday, September 10, 2023, and believed to be in the Downtown Toronto area.
Xu is described as 5’7″, 150 lbs., with brown hair.
Police are concerned for their safety.
