The Toronto Police Service is requesting the public’s assistance locating a missing person.
Stella, 28, was last seen on Thursday, December 14, 203 at 8:40 p.m., in the College Street and Spadina Ave area.
Stella is described as 5’2″, slim build and short black hair. Stella was last seen wearing a long black winter pea coat, black t-shirt, black pants and black “hi top” Vans board shoes with a white logo.
Police are concerned for their safety.
