The Toronto Police Service is requesting the public’s assistance locating a missing person.
Shuiyong, 27, was last seen on Sunday, August 13, 2023, in the Birchmount Road/Finch Avenue East area.
Shuiyong is described as 5’7″, 145 lbs., with short black hair, black eyes, and was wearing a black T-shirt and blue jeans.
Police are concerned for their safety.
