The Toronto Police Service is requesting the public’s assistance locating a missing person.
Saagar, 35, was last seen on Friday, September 1, 2023, at 2 p.m., in the Bay Street and Front Street West area.
Saagar is described as 5’9″, thin build, brown eyes, short curly dark hair, and clean shaven. Saagar has an unknown tattoo on the back of one ear.
Police are concerned for their safety.
