The Toronto Police Service is requesting the public’s assistance locating a missing person.
Rui, 50, was last seen on Tuesday, March 26, 2024, at approximately 3:30 p.m., in the Gerrard Street West and University Avenue area.
Rui is described as 5’8”, with a medium stocky build, short brown hair, brown and grey short facial hair. Rui wearing black shoes, black pants, a black hoodie, and a black jacket.
Police are concerned for their safety.
