The Toronto Police Service is requesting the public’s assistance locating a missing person.
Rodney, 53, was last seen on Friday, April 14, 2023, at 2:45 p.m., in the Markham Road and Kingston Road area.
Rodney is described as 5’8″, 130lbs, with a short afro and brown eyes. Rodney was last seen wearing a long black winter jacket.
Police are concerned for their safety.
