The Toronto Police Service is requesting the public’s assistance locating a missing person.
Rafal, 46, was last seen on Tuesday, June 20, 2023 at 11:00 a.m., in the Jarvis Street and Shuter Street area.
Rafal is described as 5’9″, white hair and a long white beard. Rafal was last seen wearing a red zip-up hoodie, blue sweatpants and sneakers. Rafal may possibly be using a black walker.
Police are concerned for their safety.
