The Toronto Police Service is requesting the public’s assistance locating a missing person.
Quang, 56, was last seen on Wednesday, September 4, 2024, in the Caledonia Road and Lawrence Avenue West area.
Quang is described as 5’7″, medium build, with short black hair. Quang usually wears a black baseball hat.
Police are concerned for their safety.
