The Toronto Police Service is requesting the public’s assistance locating a missing person.
Philip, 31, was last seen on Thursday, February 22, 2024, at 10:30 a.m., in the Queen Street West and Ossington Avenue area.
Philip is described as 5’10″, 140 lbs., with short brown hair, and brown eyes. Philip was last seen wearing a blue medical mask, black jacket with a hood, black pants and black shoes.
Police are concerned for their safety.
