The Toronto Police Service is requesting the public’s assistance locating a missing person.
Philemon, 25, was last seen on Tuesday, July 16, 2024 at 12:30 p.m., in the Markham Road and Lawrence Ave East area.
Philemon is described as 6’, with a medium build and black afro. Philemon was last seen wearing a light blue t-shirt, blue shorts with a camouflage pattern, black shoes, either wearing bangles or beaded chains on their right wrist.
Police are concerned for their safety.
