The Toronto Police Service is requesting the public’s assistance locating a missing person.
Peter, 58, was last seen on Friday, November 3, 2023, in the Eglinton Avenue East/Wynford Drive area.
Peter is described as 5’8” with a heavy build, dark brown/black medium length hair, with a greying short beard.
Police are concerned for their safety.
