The Toronto Police Service is requesting the public’s assistance locating a missing person.
Neil, 45, was last seen on Monday, December 2, 2024, at approximately 4 p.m., in the Eglinton Avenue West and William R. Allen Road area.
Neil is described as 5’9″, 300 lbs., with brown hair, and brown eyes. They were last seen wearing a black winter jacket, blue t-shirt, grey jogging pants, and black shoes.
Police are concerned for their safety.
