The Toronto Police Service is requesting the public’s assistance locating a missing person.
Muatasem, 21, was last seen on Wednesday, October 18, 2023, in the Bay Street and College Street area.
Muatasem is described as 6’0″, thin build, brown eyes, with long hair and a beard.
Police are concerned for their safety.
