The Toronto Police Service is requesting the public’s assistance locating a missing person.
Mikhail, 37, was last seen on Thursday, April 18, 2024, at 9 a.m., in the Davenport Road and Christie Street area.
Mikhail is described as 5’11”, 155 lbs., black hair, brown eyes with a beard and moustache.
Police are concerned for their safety.
