The Toronto Police Service is requesting the public’s assistance locating a missing person.
Lou, 38, was last seen on Friday, August 25, 2023, in the Finch Avenue West and Martin Grove Road area.
Lou is described as 5’6″, 140 lbs., with black hair, black eyes and is known to wear glasses. Lou was last seen wearing a dark navy blue shirt and blue jeans.
Police are concerned for their safety.
