The Toronto Police Service is requesting the public’s assistance locating a missing person.
Kelly, 34, was last seen on Monday, February 27, 2023, at 4:45 p.m., in the Bloor Street West and Spadina Avenue area.
Kelly is described as 5’4″, with black hair, and no teeth. Kelly last seen wearing a black sweater with a Pink Floyd logo on front, a black coat, black pants, grey boots, carrying a brown purse, and a grey backpack.
Police are concerned for their safety.
