The Toronto Police Service is requesting the public’s assistance locating a missing person.
Joseph, 68, was last seen on Monday, January 15, 2024, at 7:30 p.m., in the Dundas Street East and George Street area.
Joseph is described as being 5’4″, with a thin build, grey hair and a grey beard. Joseph was last seen wearing a green jacket, dark pants and a black toque.
Police are concerned for their safety.
