The Toronto Police Service is requesting the public’s assistance locating a missing person.
Jeffrey, 35, was last seen on Tuesday, February 28, 2023, in the Roncesvalles Avenue and Garden Avenue area.
Jeffrey is described as 6’0″, 180lbs, short brown hair and wears metal-framed glassees.
Police are concerned for their safety.
