The Toronto Police Service is requesting the public’s assistance locating a missing person.
James, 36, was last seen on Tuesday, October 10, 2023, at 4 p.m., in the Front Street and Cooperage Street area.
James is described as 5’7″-5’8″, medium build, short black hair with a buzz cut and sideburns, usually wears glasses.
Police are concerned for their safety.
