The Toronto Police Service is requesting the public’s assistance in locating 60-year-old Jake, who was last seen on October 10, 2025, at approximately 1:00 p.m. in the Parkside Drive and Howard Park Avenue area.
Police are concerned for Jake’s wellbeing and continue efforts to locate him. Investigators believe he may be operating a 2012 black Volvo XC6 bearing Ontario licence plate DDVF219.
