The Toronto Police Service is requesting the public’s assistance locating a missing person.
Hisham, 31, was last seen on Thursday, August 24, 2023 at 8:14 a.m., in the Peter Street and Richmond Street West area.
Hisham is described as 6’3″, 160 lbs., short curly black hair. Hisham was last seen wearing a gray and black shirt, white pants and black shoes.
Police are concerned for their safety.
