The Toronto Police Service is requesting the public’s assistance locating a missing person.
Hartley, 64, was last seen on Thursday, April 25, 2024, at 6:30 a.m. in the Gerrard Street East and Sherbourne Street area.
Hartley is described as 5’7″, bald, with gray facial hair. Hartley was last seen wearing a brown jacket with a hood, white shirt, black pants, brown shoes with white soles and a black and white striped toque.
Police are concerned for their safety.
