The Toronto Police Service is requesting the public’s assistance locating a missing person.
Francis, 22, was last seen on Saturday, August 10, 2024, at 2:30 p.m., in the Queen Street West and Ossington Avenue area.
Francis is described as 5’10”, 140 lbs., with short black hair. Francis was last seen wearing a dark green shirt, blue jeans, blue sandals, white socks and was last seen carrying a yellow teddy bear.
Police are concerned for their safety.
