The Toronto Police Service is requesting the public’s assistance locating a missing person.
Francesco, 41, was last seen on Monday, March 31, 2025, at 10 a.m., in the Bloor Street West and Dovercourt Road area.
Francesco is described as 5’6″, medium build, with short dark hair.
Francesco was last seen wearing a sky-blue jacket, blue jeans, and sandals.
Police are concerned for their safety.
