The Toronto Police Service is requesting the public’s assistance locating a missing person.
Filipe, 42, was last seen on Sunday, June 25, 2023, at 9:13 a.m., in the College Street and University Avenue area.
Filipe is described as 5’5″, 130 lbs., with balding brown hair. Filipe was last seen wearing a grey sweatshirt, black pants with two white stripes down the side, black shoes, carrying a black umbrella and a black duffle bag with “Yonex” written in blue on the side.
Police are concerned for their safety.
