The Toronto Police Service is requesting the public’s assistance locating a missing person.
Dong-Hwan Jo, 59, was last seen on Thursday, August 17, 2023, at 8 p.m., in the Yonge Street and Mulock Drive area in Newmarket.
Dong-Hwan is described as 5’3″, 130lbs, thin build, dark brown eyes, black and grey goatee. Dong-Hwan was wearing a red short-sleeve shirt with a sports logo, beige pants, light green socks, and black running shoes with black laces.
Police are concerned for their safety.
