The Toronto Police Service is requesting the public’s assistance locating a missing person.
Devon, 30, was last seen on Tuesday, November 5, 2024, in the University Avenue and College Street area.
Devon is described as 6’3″ with a slim build and blue eyes. Devon was last seen wearing a puffy red jacket.
Police are concerned for their safety.
