The Toronto Police Service is requesting the public’s assistance locating a missing person.
Dennis, 56, was last seen on Sunday, October 15, 2023, at 7 a.m., in the University Avenue and College Street area.
Dennis is described as 5’10”, 141 lbs, with short grey/black hair and a beard. Dennis was last seen wearing a dark coat with a hospital gown overtop, a blue medical mask and slippers.
Police are concerned for their safety.
