The Toronto Police Service is requesting the public’s assistance in locating Charlotte Jeffrey, age 26.
Charlotte was last seen on Tuesday, November 25, 2025, at 9:15 a.m., in the Mimico Avenue and Lake Shore Boulevard West area. The investigation has revealed she was seen around 11:30 p.m. that day in the Brant Street and Fairview Street area in Burlington, wearing a black leather jacket, dark green hoodie with “pup”, grey pants, and black Doc Marten boots. Police are concerned for their safety. Increased police presence in Dundas (Old Guelph Road) with drone search.
