The Toronto Police Service is requesting the public’s assistance locating a missing person.
Carlos, 52, was last seen on Saturday, June 29, 2024, at 12 p.m., in the Morningview Trail and Sewells Road area.
Carlos was reported missing on September 13, 2024.
Carlos is described as 5’5″, medium build and has short black hair.
Police are concerned for their safety.
