Burke, 61, was last seen on Wednesday, April 1, 2026, at 1 p.m., in the Victoria Street and Shuter Street area.

• Height: 5’8″ – 6′
• Weight: 280 lbs (127 kg)
• Build: Heavy
• Eyes: Brown
• Hair: Black afro
• Other: Thick white beard
• Last Seen Wearing: Black hooded jacket, blue sweatshirt, light coloured pants, black shoes and black toque
• Last Seen: April 1, 2026 at 1 p.m. in the Victoria Street and Shuter Street area, Toronto
