The Toronto Police Service is requesting the public’s assistance locating a missing person.
Balwinder, 48, was last seen on Tuesday, February 27, 2024, in the King Street West and Spencer Avenue area.
Balwinder is described as, 5’10”, with black hair.
Police are concerned for their safety.
