The Toronto Police Service is requesting the public’s assistance locating a missing person.
Andrey, 40, was last seen on Wednesday, December 2, 2023, at approximately 5 p.m., in the Don Mills Road and Sheppard Avenue East area.
Andrey is described as 5’8″, with brown hair and a brown beard. Andrey was last seen wearing a gray jacket, blue pants and black boots.
Police are concerned for their safety.
