The Toronto Police Service is requesting the public’s assistance locating a missing person.
Andrei, 18, was last seen on Thursday, July 1, 2023 at 1 p.m., in the Cosburn Avenue and Pape Avenue area.
Andrei is described as having a slim build, and short blonde hair. Andrei was last seen wearing a black t-shirt.
Police are concerned for their safety.
