The Toronto Police Service is requesting the public’s assistance locating a missing person.
Andre, 24, was last seen on Thursday, August 31, 2023, in the Lawrence Avenue East and Meadowvale Road area.
Andre is described as 6’0″, heavy build, and has long black dreadlocks and a full beard.
Police are concerned for their safety.
