The Toronto Police Service is requesting the public’s assistance locating a missing person.
Allan, 60, was last seen on Wednesday, February 21, 2024, at noon, in the Spadina Avenue and Dundas Street West area.
Allan is described as 5’7”, with short black and grey curly hair. Allan was last seen wearing a long coat.
Police are concerned for their safety.
