The Toronto Police Service is requesting the public’s assistance locating a missing person.
Allan, 56, was last seen on Thursday, April 24, 2025, at approximately 9:30 p.m., in the Spadina Road and Bremner Boulevard area.
Allan is described as 5’9″, 165lbs with short brown hair and a black and gray moustache. Allan was last seen wearing a brown baseball hat, a black sweater with grey sleeves and black stripes, black pants, black shoes and prescription glasses.
Police are concerned for their safety.
