The Toronto Police Service is requesting the public’s assistance locating a missing person.
Thomas, 57, was last seen on Thursday, August 17, 2023, in the College Street and Elizabeth Street area.
Thomas is described as 6’0″, large build, blue eyes, unshaven with a moustache and short hair. Thomas was last seen wearing red, blue and white patched jacket and possibly a red bandana.
Police are concerned for their safety.
