The Thunder Bay Police Service is continuing to seek public assistance in locating missing person Richard GRAHAM, 42.
Richard was reported as a missing person to the Thunder Bay Police Service on August 7. He has not been in contact with family members in more than two weeks, and there is concern for his well-being.
As a result of the continued investigation, police have established a more recent date of his last confirmed sighting. Richard was last seen on the morning of Tuesday, July 30, at a business in the 500 block of Cumberland Street North before boarding a Thunder Bay Transit bus heading south on Cumberland Street. At this time, it’s unknown where he got off the bus.
Police are now releasing updated images of this last known sighting, showing the clothing he was wearing at that time. He was last seen wearing a camouflage short-sleeve shirt, black pants with a subtle camouflage pattern, grey and black running shoes, a camouflage pattern ballcap, and a large black backpack with a waist belt and large white patch on the top.
He is described as a White male, standing 5’6″ in height with a slim build. He has medium-length red hair and a red beard, and hazel eyes.
Police are asking residents throughout the city to check in and around their properties. People are also asked to check any home or business surveillance footage from July 30. If anything is observed that could assist the investigation, please contact police immediately.
