🚨 Missing Man in Thompson, Manitoba – Shane Wood, 24 – Last Seen February 2, 2026
Thompson RCMP are requesting the public’s assistance in locating Shane Wood, a 24-year-old man who has been reported missing.
Police say Shane boarded a bus in Winnipeg on February 1, 2026, travelling back to his residence in Thompson, Manitoba, but he never arrived.
Shane was last seen on the bus in Grand Rapids at approximately 5:00 a.m. on February 2, 2026. It is currently unknown where he may have disembarked after that stop.
RCMP are concerned for Shane’s safety and say patrols have been conducted in surrounding areas, however he has not yet been located.

- Height: Approximately 5’8”
- Weight: Approximately 130 lbs
- Hair: Short black
- Last seen wearing: Black and grey camo-style jacket, white sweatpants
