On July 28, 2023, at approximately 3:10 pm, The Pas RCMP received a report of a missing male. Arthur Ducharme, 32, from The Pas has not been seen by family since June 15, 2023.
It is believed Ducharme was in Swan River for a time to work, but has not been in contact with his family, which is out of character. He was expected to be back in The Pas on July 20, but he has not come back, nor has he been heard from.
Ducharme is described as 5’10” and 157 pounds with short black hair and amber green eyes. He has a large scar on the right side of his face and has several tattoos, including ones that say “Colby” and “Arthur” on his forearm.
