Surrey RCMP are requesting the public’s assistance to locating a missing person who is apprehendable under the Mental Health Act.
On May 16, 2021, Bernard Grempel was reported missing from his Surrey residence. Bernard Grempel was last seen May 14, 2021, in the 10000 block of 150 Street. Bernard Grempel’s family and friends are concerned for his well-being as it is out of character for him not to check in with them on a daily basis. A Form 21 Mental Health Act warrant has been issued for Bernard Grempel’s apprehension and return to hospital.
Bernard Grempel is described as a Caucasian male, 6 ft. tall, 150 lbs., with shoulder length curly brown hair and brown eyes. He was last seen wearing a red sweater and burgundy sweatpants.
