The Ottawa Police Service (OPS) is asking for the public’s assistance in locating Ntemo Ogeara, 25, who was last seen at approximately noon on Thursday, August 28, 2025, in the area of Carling Avenue and Merivale Road. Police and his family are concerned for his wellbeing.
