The Ottawa Police Service (OPS) is asking for the public’s help in locating Gabriel ‘Sebastien’ LaFlamme.
He was last seen on Jan. 3 at roughly 4:30 p.m. in the area of Carling Avenue and Melrose Avenue South. His family is concerned for his safety.
He is described as a white male, 5’9″,150 pounds, slim build with brown eyes, brown hair worn in dreadlocks with orange/blonde tips and a long brown beard. He was last seen wearing a black jacket, black pants and grey running shoes.
He is known to frequent the south end of the city, including the Findlay Creek, Trainyards and Billing Bridge areas.
