The Durham Regional Police Service (DRPS) is requesting the public’s assistance in locating 77-year-old Charles, who was last seen on Thursday, October 23, 2025, at approximately 5:25 a.m. in the area of Bloor Street and Townline Road South in Oshawa.
Charles is considered a vulnerable person, and police are concerned for his well-being.

- Height: 5’8”
- Build: Slim
- Hair: Short grey hair
- Facial hair: Grey moustache
- Clothing: Red bubble jacket, blue jeans, navy blue Skechers shoes
- Vehicle: White 2020 Hyundai sedan (Ontario licence plate CBNA933)
